Timesheets
We give you access to your own online portal where you control, manage, amend and sign off subcontractor timesheets.
Invoices
The online portal automatically creates and sends you each invoice as soon as your timesheet is complete and submitted.
Subcontractors
Through your portal you can manage your subcontractors details and rates, and easily invite new subcontractors to register for the service.
Work Locations
If your contract is working across many sites, you can create multiple work locations which you will be individually invoiced for.
User Roles
Once time tracking is enabled, easily set up user roles to allow for control over individual subcontractor timesheet entries.
Messaging
Use the chat function within the portal to message the Sovereign Plus admin team should you have any queries or need any assistance.
