The sub-contractor registration process through their app was faultless. The training I received on how to process our timesheets in our own portal was in depth and I grasped it quickly. Our trial period went so well that we now have all our subbies through Sovereign and it’s the best business decision we made.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Sovereign – always a friendly and welcoming response when I speak to them. The software is simple to use (even for a technophobe like me!) The subbies are always paid on time and they are flexible with any additional payments to be made if I accidentally miss any hours off the timesheet.

I was sent a link to my phone asking me to register for Sovereign Plus. I’m not brilliant with apps and stuff but it was really easy to get set up. I’m always paid on time and I can get all my payslips and CIS payment info in my app.

It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Sovereign Plus for the past year! Once a week I submit our subcontractor timesheet using their technology and I instantly receive an invoice which I pay, then our subbies are paid promptly the following day. It’s so easy. We also don’t have to worry about getting new subcontractors checked for their rights to work or tax status etc – it’s all done for us!
