Steve is contracted to S+ as our Business Development Manager and is passionate about helping construction businesses find simpler, more compliant ways to manage their subcontractor workforce. Loving being in an office environment 3 days a week, Steve is unafraid of picking up the phone, with a natural ability to build relationships, ensuring potential clients receive the right support from the very beginning.
Off DutySteve regularly travels to Turkey, is a self-confessed curry enthusiast and has a keen interest in online trading. He’s also a qualified psychotherapist, bringing excellent listening and communication skills into everything he does. He keeps the team entertained with his impressive repertoire of regional accents—and for never being afraid to share the latest conspiracy theory!

Shell is the go-to person for all things finance. From managing payments, submitting HMRC returns, to keeping up with the latest regulations, no two days are ever the same. A self-confessed Xero geek, she loves getting stuck into numbers and is always keen to learn something new.
Off Duty
When she’s not immersed in spreadsheets, you’ll find Shell out in the garden, surrounded by her collection of fuchsias and agapanthus. She enjoys nothing more than watching the wildlife visit her garden—although she’d be delighted if the local deer would stop helping themselves to her lilac shrubs! An animal lover through and through, Shell dreams of one day owning a smallholding filled with rescue animals. Until then, she’s happily working on expanding her wonderfully chaotic menagerie of pets.
