What is the Sovereign Plus App?
The Sovereign Plus App gives you quick and secure access to everything you need in one place. From completing your registration and viewing payslips to downloading CIS statements and managing your personal details, the app makes working with Sovereign Plus simple and convenient.

The app is available to all subcontractors who are paid through Sovereign Plus. Once you’ve been invited to register, simply download the app and complete your account setup to get started.

Yes. The app is completely free to download and use for all subcontractors registered with Sovereign Plus.

The Sovereign Plus App is available to download on both Apple and Android devices via the App Store and Google Play.

Our friendly team is always happy to help. If you’re having any issues with the app or can’t find what you’re looking for, simply get in touch and we’ll get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

We’ll send you an invitation via SMS with a link to download the app and complete your registration. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions to verify your identity and submit the required information.

Your payslips are available within the app as soon as the timesheet is submitted. Simply log in and head to the Timesheets section, where you can view or download both current and previous payslips whenever you need them. They are also emailed to you.

Can I view and download my CIS statements?

Yes. Your monthly and annual CIS statements are available within the app and can be viewed or downloaded whenever you need them. They are also emailed to you.

Yes. Once your timesheet has been submitted, we’ll send you a text message confirming exactly how much will be paid into your bank account after deductions. Unless your contractor operates a different payment schedule, you can expect to receive your payment between midnight and 6:00am every Friday.

Yes. You can request changes to your personal details, including your bank details, directly through the app. Any updates are reviewed by our team before they’re approved, helping to keep your information accurate and secure.

Absolutely. Protecting your personal information is a top priority. The Sovereign Plus App uses secure technology to keep your personal, payment and compliance information safe.

If your payment doesn’t look quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help. Start by checking your payslip in the app, where you’ll find a breakdown of your payment and any deductions. If you still have a query, speak to your contractor first, as they approve and submit your timesheet. If the issue remains, simply get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to investigate.

The app displays your payment information, including a breakdown of any deductions, but not your approved hours. If you’d like to confirm the number of hours submitted, simply give our team a call.

We’re always happy to help. You can contact the Sovereign Plus team in whichever way is most convenient for you:

  • Chat with us directly through the app (available during office hours).
  • Call our office or your dedicated contact.
  • Email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Our team is here to answer any questions and help resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
